Warranty

We provide a one year warranty for both the frame and lenses.

This covers the following:

Frames:

• Any manufacturing defects (e.g., frame peel, discolouration, temple tips, loose screws)
• As well as any of the following adjustments that the customer needs:
• Nosepad adjustment
• Nosepad replacement
• Screw replacement
• Frame adjustments

Lenses:

• Any peeling related issues

We can’t replace them if the following applies to your glasses:

• Damaged deliberately or through neglect
• Improper or careless use
• Normal wear and tear
